How To Make Beats With FL Studio

I’m seeing  tons of people asking questions on how to make beats. Well, first you need the tools. FL Studio has to be the most handiest tool for making beats and not just a beats, but a whole songs as well as it’s a fully fledged music making software and DAW. I’ve been working with FL Studio almost a decade now and I gotta say, it’s THE tool. 🙂

Second, you need a bunch of good drum samples: kick drums, claps, hihats, snares and some percussion sounds. You can find tons of drum samples from the net for free or buy one of those commercial sample packs.

Third, you need a little bit of know how of FL Studio and you’re all set.

In this short and simple tutorial video I show you how easy it is to make beats with FL Studio. This is just to get you started so the example beat I’m creating here is not the coolest one. For more advanced stuff, check out my tutorial on how to make a house beat. Enjoy.
