How do you open the file? My Jzip and or windows won’t open it. Of course.

Also, I think this site owner offered a small sample pack of some impacts, a couple sweeps, hits etc. Still have that pack? I re downloaded what I thought was it but it doesn’t contain the original set. I was using it until someone hacked in and deleted them, just them. Where this person’s mind is at……..?
